Data processing agreements

Protecting personal data is a shared responsibility between us and our customers. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) defines how we, as a processor, handle personal data on behalf of our customers, who act as the data controller. It sets out clear obligations regarding data protection, security measures, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable privacy laws.

Having a DPA in place is essential to ensure transparency, accountability, and compliance when processing personal data. It provides assurance that data is handled securely and in accordance with agreed standards and regulatory requirements.

Because privacy legislation differs across regions, we provide multiple versions of our DPA tailored to the applicable legal framework. For customers operating within the European Union, our DPA aligns with the GDPR. For customers in the APAC region, we provide a Data Processing Addendum based on the PDPA and relevant local regulations.

Below, you will find the available versions of our Data Processing Agreements and Addendum, so you can select the one that best fits your location and regulatory context.
