Sub-processors
Fellow Digitals shall, in principle, process personal data only within the jurisdiction of the European Economic Area (EEA) or Singapore, provided that such processing complies with the requirements of respectively the GDPR and the PDPA.
Processing in other countries is permitted only if that country ensures an adequate level of data protection as recognised by the European Commission (under the GDPR) or by the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) of Singapore (under the PDPA), or if appropriate safeguards have been implemented, such as the use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Fellow Digitals warrants that it has agreed with the sub-processors it engages for AI-related functionalities that any personal data shall be used solely for the performance of this agreement and shall not be used for the training of artificial intelligence models, in accordance with Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Fellow Digitals shall ensure that its sub-processors also comply with these requirements.
