Introduction Trust Center
Introduction
At Fellow Digitals, trust, security, and privacy are fundamental to the way we design, build, and operate our platforms. Through our Trust Center, we provide transparency about how we safeguard information, protect personal data, and ensure the reliability of our services.
This Trust Center offers an overview of the organizational, technical, and governance measures we have implemented to protect our platforms, systems, and customer data. It explains the principles, standards, and processes we use to maintain security, privacy, and compliance.
Information security management system
Fellow Digitals operates an Information Security Management System (ISMS). This management system provides a structured framework for managing and continuously improving our information security and privacy policies, objectives, and control measures.
Our ISMS is based on a risk-based approach and follows the PDCA cycle (Plan–Do–Check–Act). This means that risks are systematically identified and assessed, appropriate measures are implemented, and the effectiveness of those measures is continuously monitored and improved.
The ISMS supports ongoing alignment with relevant standards and applicable legislation and regulations.
Scope and topics
Within the Trust Center, we provide insight into the main components of our security and privacy framework, including:
Certifications and audits
Scope Information Security Management System (ISMS)
Organizational context and regulatory compliance
Organization of information and data security
Secure staffing and security awareness
Risk management

Incident management and corrective actions
Business assets and suppliers

These topics together describe how security and privacy are embedded in our organization and operational processes.
Supply chain and cloud infrastructure
Our services rely on carefully selected suppliers, including cloud and hosting partners. We therefore apply security and privacy requirements to our suppliers and evaluate them periodically. This ensures that our security standards are maintained across the entire service chain.
Accountability and continuous improvement
Security and privacy controls are regularly evaluated through management reviews, internal audits, control programs, and follow-up of improvement actions. This enables us to continuously strengthen our processes and maintain demonstrable compliance with our security and privacy objectives.
Our commitment
The result is a set of consistent working methods that support the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and the protection of personal data.
Through this Trust Center, we aim to provide transparency and help customers, partners, and stakeholders understand how Fellow Digitals safeguards the security and reliability of its platforms and services.
