At Fellow Digitals, we comply with applicable European legislation on artificial intelligence (AI). We only use AI where it demonstrably adds value, and we do so in a manner consistent with the risk-based approach of the legislation.

The AI features we apply in our platforms fall under the “limited-risk” category. We are transparent about where AI is used. n practical terms, this means that we inform users when an AI feature is used and make the application of AI visible in the user interface, accompanied by a brief explanation of its purpose and operation.

In addition, we make it clear that AI outputs may be incorrect or contextually incomplete. We therefore advise users to always critically assess AI outputs and, especially in the case of sensitive or important content, to perform a human review before the output is used or shared.
