Secured hosting

Certification Logo

At Fellow Digitals, secured hosting means that our platform infrastructure is designed to structurally safeguard availability, confidentiality, and integrity – both technically and organizationally. Our platforms are hosted via Exonet, a Dutch hosting partner with data centers in the Netherlands and (for customers in Asia) Singapore. These environments are designed to meet current local and international requirements for information and data security.

To ensure continuity, a dedicated disaster recovery environment is available. For us, security is not “a setting” but a standard. Fellow Digitals is certified to ISO/IEC 27001, NEN 7510, and ISO/IEC 27701, and our systems are regularly audited to demonstrate compliance with our security and privacy requirements and to ensure continuous improvement. Exonet also has relevant certifications (including ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 9001, and NEN 7510).

In addition, we work with clear service and security agreements. In our SLA, security is explicitly linked to ensuring availability, integrity, and confidentiality in the delivery of our services.

To keep ourselves on our toes, we also maintain a vulnerability disclosure process through which anyone can confidentially report vulnerabilities. We respond within three days with an assessment and an expected resolution time. Together, these elements make our secured hosting concrete: a certified chain, disaster recovery, regular audits, and a mature reporting process.
